• Several years of experience in primary care or a general medicine practice
• Leadership experience or interest in a leadership activity in a practice or a health center
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
• Independent and patient-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
