Your task

• Primary responsibility for the supervision of FaGe apprentices in their residential area
• Professional nursing and care of our residents
• Implementation of the nursing process
• After the induction period, taking over daily responsibility

What you bring with you

• Qualification as a Healthcare Professional (Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit) or an equivalently recognized training
• Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
• Qualification as a vocational trainer (40 Std.)
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
