For our still young, growing Transaction Advisory Team, we are looking for a strong and integral personality as Senior Transaction Manager (m/w/d), Opfikon, 80-100% This is what you will achieve: You will lead demanding transactions from the first analysis to closing, accompanying your clients holistically - from strategic orientation to detailed implementation. Due to your many years of experience and your strong network of institutional and private owners, you will acquire and accompany new customers and mandates independently. You will identify opportunities and risks, create well-founded real estate valuations (income, residual value, and DCF methodology) and derive clear recommendations for action from them. With innovative and target-group-oriented marketing concepts, you will achieve convincing business successes. With your sense of market trends and through the continuous maintenance of your network, you will position the Transaction Advisory in a targeted manner - and sustainably expand our market strength. That's why you will succeed: With a degree in business administration, finance, architecture, or engineering with further education in the real estate sector, you bring the necessary foundation. With at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of real estate transactions, you are not only extremely familiar with real estate valuations, market analyses, and the relevant legal areas, but also bring a robust customer network with you. Project and stakeholder management also work for you with high utilization. Strategic action, clear communication, and strong negotiating skills characterize your style - as a team player, you use these for the overall success of the Transaction Advisory. You are linguistically versatile: German as your mother tongue, negotiation-secure in English. Good knowledge of Ösisch is an advantage.
