Job description
In our great Kita in Littau, as of 1. November 2026, we are looking for a motivated, trained specialist as a co-educator to complement our team. Our premises are filled with light, nature-oriented, and designed with much love. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully immerse themselves in play and nature and thus develop optimally. Your tasks:

Support of the group leader in the care and nurturing of the children
The nature-pedagogical promotion and accompaniment of the entrusted children
Implementation of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
Implementation of weekly plans and projects
Active participation in team meetings
What you ideally bring with you:

A completed training as FABE Kind, Erzieher/in or comparable qualifications (Swiss recognition mandatory)
Team player
flexible and innovative personality
Initiative, creativity and flexibility
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
English skills an advantage
