Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Support the planning of actions, monitoring of the situation and feedback from operations, commitments and support services of the Army, and process certain partial areas independently • Develop, consolidate and enhance the products of the Army's command service throughout the staff leadership process, as well as operate and maintain up-to-date information and leadership systems • Initiate, coordinate and update the service instruction of the staff for the concerned Joint Operational Planning Group • Prepare the contributions of the Army's command service for situation reports, briefings, orders and decision bases, and coordinate them with internal and external partners • Accompany projects aimed at developing leadership instruments, processes and systems, and represent the interests of the Army's command service in working groups <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree or degree from a university of applied sciences (bachelor), or higher education with a technical or business management focus, combined with several years of professional experience • Experience in military staff work as well as in the exercise of a staff officer function; rank of major or higher • Knowledge of project management and experience in participating in or leading projects • Excellent analytical, design and organizational skills, as well as very good writing skills • Very good knowledge of computer science, in particular MS Office and military information and leadership systems; good knowledge of a second official language as well as English at level B2 <br /> In a few words Do you want to contribute to the planning and execution of the Army's operations, commitments and support services at the operational level?
