The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, as well as metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible internally. This allows us to remain agile, independent, and efficient.

What you can accomplish:

Compliance with guidelines and rules in accordance with internal regulations

Control of delivered goods with the Babtec control software, in accordance with the requirements of the control plan

Support of the team at goods receipt, at the ramp, and in other areas to ensure smooth operations in the MFG IGI

Reporting errors in the processes

Joint evaluation of supplier quality

Ensuring the storage capacity of items through labeling, reconditioning, etc.

Guaranteeing a fast and clean working method in order to minimize item processing times

Carrying out various forklift driving tasks

What you bring:

Completed professional training, ideally in logistics or the mechanical field

Proficiency in the MS Office suite, experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage

Good physical condition (it is necessary to regularly lift and move goods up to 15 kg)

Experience in supply logistics and goods receipt

Possession of a forklift license is a plus

Good knowledge of German at minimum level B, knowledge of English is an advantage

Autonomous and precise working method with a sense of responsibility and quality awareness

Motivated and team-oriented personality, who likes to participate actively in work
