You fit in with us if you: • are communicative and secure in dealing with people • work reliably, independently and structured • treat what works - adapted to people and situations • reflect on what works - and what doesn't • have experience with home visits • have SRK recognition and a category B driver's license • have at least German B2 • English B2 is a strong plus.  • take your job seriously, but not yourself too much - that's how we all are.  That keeps the mood relaxed and the everyday life relaxed.
