The Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung Kanton Zürich, office for the districts of Affoltern, Dietikon, Horgen, is a cantonal competence center that offers professional support in the areas of family/youth and vocational counseling. The Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrum (kjz) is a counseling center for families, parents, adolescents, children, and toddlers and operates on the basis of the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zürich.

Tasks
You advise and accompany children, adolescents and parents within the framework of child protection measures in mandate management as well as on a voluntary basis. In addition, you carry out investigations in cases of suspected child endangerment on behalf of the Kinder- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörden (KESB). You fulfill your tasks in cooperation with family systems, authorities, schools as well as other institutions and specialist centers.

Profile
You have a degree in Social Work (FH) and bring experience in youth and family welfare. We are looking for you as a solution-oriented and resilient personality with high social competence, an appreciative attitude and enjoyment of teamwork. Administrative activities as well as the creation of reports and file notes are easy for you.
