Operations Agent M/F with specialization in carpentry

Introduction ##

As part of our activities, we are looking for an Operations Agent M/F with specialization in carpentry to ensure the upkeep, maintenance, and routine work on our buildings, installations, and operating sites.

Responsibilities ##

• Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of doors, windows, partitions, cabinets, shelves, baseboards, and other elements made of wood or derivative materials
• Ensure general building maintenance work
• Carry out small layout and renovation works
• Identify material needs and prepare interventions
• Use machines and portable power tools in compliance with safety standards
• Ensure the follow-up of interventions and report any malfunctions
• Participate in the general maintenance of premises, equipment, and installations
• Collaborate with other trades and external service providers if necessary

Profile ##

• Recognized training in carpentry, building maintenance, or an equivalent field
• Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of carpentry, layout, and building maintenance
• Technical versatility appreciated: locksmithing, painting, small building works, routine maintenance
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
• Good physical condition
• Sense of service and team spirit
• Category B driving license desired
• Mastery of French; knowledge of German or English is an asset
