Your mission You lead the entire Finance & Controlling function of Bechtle Suisse SA, while driving and supporting the transformation of financial operations within the Swiss entities. The position combines the responsibility of financial management, business partnership, controlling, accounting governance, process harmonization, automation, PMO performance visibility, as well as operational excellence of the finance function. Financial leadership: Drive budgeting, forecasting, as well as monthly and annual closings Provide the Managing Director and local management with management reporting as well as relevant financial analyses for decision-making Support strategic decisions and contribute to improving the profitability of Bechtle Suisse SA, as well as, if applicable, other entities. Financial operations and governance: Participate in the standardization of financial processes between the various Swiss entities and ensure leadership when necessary Support and drive financial initiatives aimed at improving performance management, notably around standard costs, inter-entity transactions, service profitability by technological domains, etc. Guarantee data quality, compliance, and the governance of Navision Supervise billing, WIP, accounts receivable, and cost accounting Transformation and automation: Support automation initiatives related to Quote-to-Bill, Project Management, and Services Management processes Collaborate with IT in order to improve ERP integrations and reporting tools. Prepare data migration in view of the SAP S/4HANA implementation planned for Contribute to the improvement of the IT environment, particularly within the Sales and Services organizations, by automating tasks in order to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency Team management: Coach, support, and develop the local Finance & Controlling team Strengthen collaboration within the team by implementing cross-functional responsibilities Support managers in driving their financial performance Stakeholder management: Be the preferred interlocutor for the Swiss Management Team, Group Finance, auditors and business managers. Key performance indicators: Accuracy and adherence to deadlines for closings and reporting Quality of budget and forecasts Reliability of billing and WIP monitoring Customer collection performance Audit results and compliance level Efficiency of finance processes and progress of automation initiatives Business stakeholder satisfaction Your profile More than 10 years of experience in leadership roles in finance, controlling, or financial operations Solid knowledge of finance and controlling in Switzerland ERP expertise, ideally on Navision / Microsoft Dynamics Proven experience in leading transformation projects and process optimization Fluent French, very good level of German and professional mastery of English. Strong business partner orientation Analytical mindset and data-oriented approach Assertive leadership and ability to support change High sense of responsibility and ownership of subjects Excellent communication skills.
