For our office, we are looking for a Head of Youth Home Platanenhof (m/f/d) as of 1 August 2027 or by arrangement * You bear overall responsibility for the personnel, organizational, professional and economic management of Platanenhof * You lead and develop your employees and promote professional, appreciative and binding cooperation * You shape the strategic and operational further development of Platanenhof and ensure contemporary structures, processes and working concepts * You ensure a high quality of offers and services and develop them, taking into account new professional findings and the needs of the referring authorities * You are responsible for budget planning and compliance and ensure an economical and sustainable operation * You represent Platanenhof towards authorities, specialist agencies, partner institutions and other stakeholders and maintain a sustainable network * You work closely with the office management, participate in relevant specialist committees and, by arrangement, also represent Platanenhof to the public and media * You hold a master's degree or a comparable higher education, preferably in social pedagogy, social work, psychology, pedagogy or a related field * You bring comprehensive, profound professional experience as well as several years of leadership experience, ideally in a complex institutional environment in the social, justice, education or health sector * You possess proven leadership competence and experience in leading and developing employees and managers; relevant leadership training is an advantage * You think strategically and conceptually, recognize higher-level connections and develop the organization, offers and structures in a forward-looking manner * You are accustomed to assessing complex and interdisciplinary issues, developing viable solutions and using your scope of action responsibly * You combine high professional quality with organizational and economic thinking and also make clear and comprehensible decisions in the face of demanding issues * You convince as an upright, resilient and communicative leader and appear confident and binding towards employees, authorities, specialist agencies and other stakeholders * A versatile and responsible leadership function with high social relevance * The opportunity to actively help shape the future of Platanenhof and its professional and organizational development * A demanding and varied field of activity with high personal responsibility and short decision-making paths * Close cooperation with the office management and a wide network of authorities and specialist agencies as well as insight into the versatility of the Department of Security and Justice * Attractive employment conditions and contemporary framework conditions of the Canton [Amt für Justizvollzug |](< >) For supplementary information, Barbara Looser Kägi, Head of Amt für Justizvollzug, , [ ](< >), is at your disposal. j4id10468719jm j4it1145jm j4iy26jm
