What you accomplish ###

• Organization of the assigned station
• Preparation and service of meals and desserts at lunch and dinner
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Assist the chef in planning and complying with quality and safety standards
• Assistance with orders, reception and storage of goods

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialization: CFC in cooking
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy
• Assistance with orders, reception and storage of goods
• A service-oriented and communicative personality

• French (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
