Your tasks:

• Professional care and support of patients and residents
• Support with daily personal hygiene, mobilization, and nutrition
• Performance of nursing and medical-technical activities within the scope of your competencies
• Monitoring and documentation of vital signs
• Administration of medication according to medical prescription and operational guidelines
• Observation and documentation of the health status
• Cooperation with registered nursing professionals and other medical specialists
• Accompanying and supporting relatives
• Ensuring a high quality of care and support

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in acute or long-term care is an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment in interacting with people
• Empathy and strong social competence
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
• Readiness for early, late, and night shifts
• Flexibility regarding working hours and assignment locations
