What you can move

• Personnel and technical leadership, development, and administrative support of the TGM team of around 10 employees, including deployment planning and coordination of the on-call service
• Responsibility for maintenance and operation of energy and media systems (electricity, heat, compressed air, air conditioning, ventilation, MSRL technology) on the entire premises
• Planning, coordination, and acceptance of all building installations during new construction, conversion, expansion, and renovation, including statutory inspections
• Project management and controlling in technical building management (HVACSE) as well as support for external planners, architects, and installers
• Responsibility as an electrical area grid operator (medium and low voltage) including switching operations, overhaul, and service work on high-voltage and low-voltage systems
• Energy management (electricity, heat, water, wastewater, compressed air) and user-based billing to tenants / billing parties
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines, regulations, and internal standards (IMS, safety and environmental specifications)

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the field of electrical, building technology, facility management, or a related specialist field within HVACSE, as well as ideally further training as a Swiss Federal Diploma Electrical Installation and Safety Expert
• Several years of practical experience in technical building management including a previous leadership function with personnel responsibility
• Sound know-how in the planning, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, HVACSE systems, as well as media and MSRL technology, including VDI and GEFMA knowledge
• Experience in project management and controlling of construction and conversion measures as well as in cooperation with external service providers and authorities
• Confident handling of legal requirements (grid operation, installation permits (NIV), inspections) and experience in energy management
• Strong leadership and communication skills, assertiveness, as well as team and customer orientation
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; MS Office and common FM software knowledge are an advantage
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working with a high service mentality, logical thinking ability, and willingness to perform on-call service
