Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY As a member of the leadership team, the role includes managing the Stadler Signalling RAMS department with 14 employees. The area of responsibility includes: • RAMS management • Validation • Verification • Information and Cyber Security • Safety case management • Quality management • General approval topics The technical and personal development of the team as well as the expansion of existing competencies within the department will be ensured. The organization of the department, the planning and prioritization of work, the assignment of tasks, and the monitoring of work progress are the responsibility of the role. Representing the department in management meetings as well as in contract reviews is also among the essential tasks. As a member of expert groups, participation in strategic decisions and the further development of Stadler Signalling takes place. Furthermore, the role represents the RAMS department and Stadler Signalling towards auditors, approval authorities, customers, as well as within the entire Stadler Group.
