Do you wish to take over the management of a branch and play a central role in its commercial and operational development? On behalf of a recognized player in the construction sector in Switzerland, we are looking for a Branch Manager for its offices based in Lausanne.

In this high-autonomy role, you are responsible for the development of the branch, its results, as well as the satisfaction of its customers.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the management and development of the branch
• Develop and retain the existing client portfolio
• Identify and acquire new clients through an active professional network
• Supervise projects and construction sites, from the preparation of works until their final acceptance
• Establish and follow up on commercial offers
• Ensure financial monitoring and controlling of projects and the branch
• Guarantee compliance with requirements regarding safety, quality, deadlines, and profitability
• Supervise, support, and motivate teams
• Represent the branch to clients, partners, and various actors in the sector
• Actively participate in the development of activity in the Lausanne region and the canton of Vaud

Your profile

• HES/EPF engineering degree, technician, site manager, or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in the construction sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
• Experience in project and site management
• Enterprising, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality
• Excellent sense of contact and strong interpersonal skills
• Good technical skills and interest in economic and management aspects
• Keen sense of safety and quality
• Structured, efficient, and pragmatic working method
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• "Hands-on" spirit and ability to make decisions quickly
