As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you want to combine professional expertise with leadership responsibility and set sustainable accents in a structured outpatient environment. For an established healthcare facility in the Aarau region, we are looking for an engaged leadership personality at a workload of 80 to 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. You will coordinate the operation of the endoscopy outpatient clinic, accompany your team in daily professional life, and contribute significantly to high-quality patient care.

• Co-responsibility for personnel leadership as well as organization of the outpatient clinic in the endoscopy area
• Ensuring efficient, structured, and high-quality processes according to defined targets
• Promotion and development of the employees in the team
• Close interprofessional cooperation with the medical management as well as other specialist departments
• Active participation in daily operations as well as participation in on-call service

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in the acute care sector, ideally in the field of endoscopy
• Leadership training or willingness to complete such
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
