Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Introduction

On behalf of our client, a renowned and well-established company, we are looking for a motivated individual as a Construction Manager. In this role, you will take responsibility for the operational management of construction sites and ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and cost specifications throughout the entire construction process.

Tasks

• Organization and management of construction site processes, including deployment and resource planning
• Coordination and alignment with contractors, specialist trades, and external service providers
• Control of costs, schedules, and construction quality according to project requirements
• Preparation of reports, construction journals, and protocols, as well as participation in construction meetings
• Communication and cooperation with clients, planners, authorities, and internal specialist departments
• Ensuring occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards according to SUVA guidelines
• Carrying out inspections, partial and final acceptances, as well as processing defects until final handover
• Responsibility for construction administration as well as schedule and process coordination

Profile

• Completed basic training in the main construction industry
• Several years of professional experience in construction management
• Good knowledge of construction administration and digital work tools
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with various project stakeholders
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
