The Further Processing department is responsible for various small-scale work that requires precision and dexterity, and we are looking for our growing operation a: Production Employee in the «Further Processing» department at 100% workload This is what you can expect: • Operating various machines (assembly, machining) • Reading series with measuring tools • Independent control of the parts to be produced (dimensional control, dimensional correction) • Counting and reporting parts You bring: • Good language skills in German • Dexterity with small products • Experience in an industrial field (you know what a job document looks like). • Quality awareness and willingness to optimize processes. • Interest in learning varied tasks and working in a team. • Flexibility and interest in independent work. • SAP knowledge is an advantage This is what we offer: • A contract with a recruitment agency that should convert to a permanent position. • Target-oriented work in a collegial team with training in individual processes. • Daytime operation. • A workplace with the working climate of an SME and the employment conditions of a large international family-owned company (FAULHABER Group) in the background.
