Job description
Tagesstruktur Zingge offers loving and age-appropriate care for children from 3 months up to 6th grade - in the Kita until kindergarten entry and subsequently in the after-school care until the end of primary school. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated Operations Manager Day Structure approx. 80%. In this function, you will assume pedagogical and organizational responsibility for the daycare center and the after-school care with up to 28 children per day. You will lead a dedicated team of eight employees and, together with your team, ensure professional and loving care for the children. You have training as an institutional manager in the social or socio-medical field or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring leadership experience as well as experience in the care of children from the age of three months to 6th grade. Your tasks include

Independent pedagogical and organizational management of the day structure
Creation of the staffing plan based on child numbers and recruitment of new employees
Development and formulation of guiding principles and long-term goals
Competent and regular cooperation with parents, teachers and authorities
Professional leadership and support of the employees
Ensuring and further development of the quality of care
