Your main missions
Analyze files in order to determine the entitlement to disability benefits, premium waivers, survivor benefits.
Process old-age benefit cases, including early benefits (capital, pensions).
Process complex cases escalated by the Front office.
Handle complex correspondence and manage telephone contacts with insured persons and third parties (compensation funds, social partners, lawyers, fiduciaries, etc.).
Perform controls according to our internal control system.
Actively contribute to the development as well as the improvement of our processes and the IT management system.
What you bring
You have acquired several years of experience in the field of processing disability benefits, incapacity for work, or other benefits.
You have several years of experience in the field of occupational pension schemes.
A federal certificate in social insurance or occupational pension schemes is required.
You master Italian. Knowledge of German would be an asset.
You are a communicative, autonomous and customer-oriented person who likes working in a team.

What salary awaits you (gross, base 100 percent working time)
With our salary ranges, we rely on fair play, equity and transparency: in this position, you can count on a salary of 86'800 francs to 108'000 francs per year. If you evolve or if you already possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience, your salary will be between 99'000 francs and 123'000 francs per year
