You operate, monitor, and control your system and always have quality, performance, and production targets under control. Optimizer: Standard is not enough for you. You carry out product changes and conversions, adjust settings, and always find ways to make processes better and more efficient. Quality assurance: You don't miss anything. You check the quality directly at the system, recognize deviations early, and ensure that our products keep what they promise. Troubleshooter: When it gets tricky, you're in your element. You lend a hand, find pragmatic solutions, and support making our production a little better every day. Profile Training & Experience: You have completed training as a plant operator or have a technical basic training in the mechanical or electrical field. Experience in shift work? All the better. Technical skill: Machines, technology, and production systems are exactly your thing. You want to understand how they work and like to lend a hand yourself. Language & IT: You communicate safely in German (word and writing) and move effortlessly in the common MS-Office applications.
