In order to strengthen our team in Crissier (VD) and Martigny (VS), we are looking for: After-sales service technicians in household appliances 80-100% (M/F) and an installer of household appliances 80–100% (M/F) Mission Diagnose and troubleshoot household appliances Build customer loyalty through the quality of interventions Advise customers on different products Establish intervention reports via tablet Delivery and installation of built-in and free-standing household appliances Connections (water, electricity according to standards) Commissioning and explanations to customers Neat work at the customer's premises Profile CFC as an electrician, automation technician, or equivalent OIBT certificate, an asset Proven experience in the field of after-sales service and ideally in household appliances Comfortable with manual work Spirit of initiative, sense of organization, and autonomy Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude Driving license cat.
