• Prepare pizzas according to recipe specifications
• Create mise en place for daily business and the changing weekly menu
• Work in an open pizza station
• Complete daily cleaning tasks at the station
• Perform tasks in the hygiene area according to our HACCP concept

Profile

• Professional experience as a Pizzaiolo/Pizzaiola, preferably with a wood-fired oven
• Specialist and product knowledge, ideally of Italian cuisine
• Able to work in a team, persistent and resilient
• Clean way of working with readiness for flexible working hours
• Good German skills and/or Italian/English skills
