We are looking for, by agreement, a

Specialist Offer Management Disability (m/f/d)

• Together with other specialists, you will take on central tasks in the area of benefit and contribution management for facilities for people with disabilities (examination and coordination of recognition requests, creation of individual service agreements and monitoring of service fulfillment)
• You will create operating licenses and, together with other team members, take on the supervision of inpatient residential offers and day structures
• You will carry out recognition procedures for outpatient service providers and ensure effective controlling
• Together with other team members, you will design various change projects in the area of disability policy
• University or technical college degree, preferably in the fields of business administration, Business Administration, HealthCare Management or a similar field
• Proven experience in project and change management
• Good negotiation and advisory skills
• Knowledge and practical experience in the area of the landscape of offers in the area of disability (e.g., at facility level) is an advantage
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Very good MS-Office user knowledge
• High service orientation and good organizational skills
