• IT - Software Engineering • Bern • Contracting • Part-time, 80-100% • 01.08.2026 - 31.07.2027 • Product Owner, Scrum Your tasks: • Responsibility for the technical leadership of an agile development team as Product Owner. • Prioritization and maintenance of the Product Backlog as well as creation and further development of the product roadmap. • Development and agreement of the product vision together with Product Management and relevant stakeholders. • Active stakeholder management as well as coordination between business, development and external partners. • Co-responsibility for budget planning, financial control and collaboration with technology suppliers. • Monitoring of project progress as well as acceptance of product increments. • Ensuring a transparent and prioritized Product Backlog for the Scrum team. • Close collaboration with agile teams for the continuous optimization of products and processes. Your profile: • Several years of experience as Product Owner in an agile development environment. • In-depth knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum as well as experience in product development. • Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking. • High level of personal responsibility, independence and distinct result orientation. • Experience in stakeholder management as well as in collaboration with external suppliers and partners. • Very good communication, coordination and enforcement skills. • Understanding of business management contexts as well as budget and resource planning. • Negotiation-secure German and English skills in word and writing. • Ideally experience in co-management with Scrum Masters as well as in complex, networked system landscapes. • Ability to guide teams in a targeted manner even during change processes and provide orientation.
