Laboro AG is a specialized personnel leasing company in the healthcare sector. For one of our clients in Wassen in the Canton of Uri, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Holistic and professional care and support of female patients, male patients, as well as female residents and male residents
• Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Implementation of demanding nursing and medical-technical measures
• Implementation of medical prescriptions as well as coordination of the necessary nursing measures
• Recognizing and assessing changes in health status as well as initiating suitable measures
• Professional and complete documentation of the nursing services provided
• Advising and accompanying female patients, male patients, female residents, male residents, as well as their relatives
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with female doctors, male doctors, female therapists, male therapists, and other specialists
• Co-responsibility for ensuring a high quality of nursing and care
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• High professional competence as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Strong social competence, teamwork skills, and empathy
• Resilient, flexible, and reliable personality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and night shifts if required
