FSP Psychologist

The PsyOne Bienne practice, a member of the PsyOne network, is looking for a FSP Psychologist ## for psychological consultations starting July 2026. • This position is aimed at a person wishing to offer high-quality psychological support to adult and adolescent patients. • You will join a dynamic team, supported by a centralized administrative structure (secretariat, OneDoc online agenda, appointment management, and digital visibility). • The main role of the psychologist will be to provide psychological support to people going through difficult situations. • The position contributes directly to the mission of PsyOne: to offer rapid and human access to qualified psychologists, without a waiting list, especially in the Romand territory. Success Criteria • Offer high-quality psychological consultations, centered on listening, understanding, and patient empowerment • Maintain regular and reliable availability on the agreed days (predefined weekly schedule) Responsibilities • Conduct individual psychological interviews (children, adults, couples, or adolescents) • Identify needs and develop personalized support plans • Propose short, medium, or long-term follow-up, according to the patient's request • Collaborate with other psychologists in the network for orientation or cross-supervision • Maintain patient files in compliance with professional secrecy and data protection (LPD) • Communicate in a benevolent and professional manner with the secretariat and medical or social partners when necessary Required Qualifications • Master's in psychology recognized in Switzerland and FSP title • Postgraduate training in emergency psychology or psychotraumatology • Previous experience in psychological support or first-line consultation desired. • Ability to work independently while integrating into a structured professional framework. • Good interpersonal and writing skills in French. • Interest in integrative approaches (health psychology, psychoeducation, mindfulness, etc.). • Basic computer skills (online agenda, professional emails, etc.). Conditions Activity Rate • 30% (flexible hours). Location • PsyOne Bienne practice. Start Date • From July 2026.
