Your tasks:

• Telephone advisory services for insured persons and interested parties in French (Inbound)
• Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & email
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Constant monitoring of open pending items
• Any administrative as well as coordinative activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed VBV further training in the insurance industry (Intermédiaire d-assurance AFA)
• Training as a commercial employee (Kauffrau/ Kaufmann) or training in the field of customer service
• Proficient French in speaking & writing
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills
