We are looking for a practical, reliable personality for a versatile SME function at the Upper Lake Zurich. You do not have to be able to do everything already: What you already bring with you, you take on independently. What is new, you will learn with our support.

YOUR TASK

• Administration from A-Z. Organization, correspondence, documents, authority contacts and support for the management.
• Support accounting. Ongoing bookkeeping, account reconciliations and payments; depending on experience also VAT and annual closing work.
• Thinking ahead & shaping. Invoicing, billing and processes – lend a hand where it counts in everyday SME life.

Your job grows with you. The more you already know and take on, the greater the independence, responsibility and scope for design.

• Good practical experience in accounting. What is decisive is real practice – not a specific title.
• Commercial confidence. You work in an organized, precise and reliable manner and are digitally open.
