As part of our Global Product Management team, you will actively help shape the future of the Ricola product range. Together, we develop new products and line extensions, optimize existing recipes, and realize innovations from the first idea to successful market launch - always with our consumers at the center. Your mission: • Management of global product and innovation projects as well as interdisciplinary leadership of project teams - from the first idea to successful market launch • Conception and implementation of new product innovations, including the elaboration of convincing concepts as well as the further development of existing products in line with our innovation strategy • Elaboration of sound business cases as a basis for decision-making for new product initiatives • Analysis of market, consumer, and competitor trends as well as derivation of new potentials • Project control along the stage-gate process and ensuring successful progress in terms of quality, time, and cost • Close cooperation with global stakeholders and our country organizations as well as successful management of different interests • Development of consumer-oriented solutions that create sustainable added value worldwide and in our markets Your ingredients for joint success. ## • At least three years of experience in product or brand management, ideally in the FMCG/CPG environment • Sound experience in global project management, with a proven ability to successfully lead complex, cross-functional projects to their goal • Analytical thinking skills as well as an understanding of business cases and market contexts • Strong consumer orientation and a high service attitude towards our markets • Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary and international teams • Persuasiveness and experience in stakeholder management • Positive entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and courage to drive things forward, recognize opportunities, and actively help shape innovations • Confident handling of change, ambiguity, and new challenges • Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form (min.
