Level 1 Customer Support Technician (M/F) at 100% - CDD for a duration of 6 months
Your mission
You will be the first point of contact for our users. Your role will be crucial to guarantee the best customer experience by providing quality technical support and ensuring efficient management of requests.
Your responsibilities
Ensure professional and appropriate telephone reception
Analyze and process requests from customers and partners with efficiency
Configure and troubleshoot our VoIP solutions and network devices
Network: Connectivity control, router management, preparation and shipment of hardware
VoIP: Management of answering machines, call forwarding, extensions, etc.
Escalate complex requests to higher support levels
Ensure rigorous follow-up of tickets and technical requests
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes
Required profile
CFC in computer science or equivalent training
Experience in technical customer support, ideally in the telecommunications field
Knowledge of Mikrotik, Zyxel, FRITZ!Box, Yealink, Gigaset equipment: an asset
Familiarity with VoIP tools (FreePBX, VitalPBX, 3CX) and ticketing systems
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong sense of organization and efficient priority management
Proficiency in French and technical English
Knowledge of German (a plus)
Residence near Yverdon-les-Bains
