Your Role

You develop ideas from which spaces and buildings emerge that move people. In our team in Chur, you accompany construction projects from the first sketch to the convincing presentation and thereby shape the face of our built environment in Graubünden and beyond. You work closely with project managers, specialist planners, and clients and contribute your design signature to demanding projects in hospitality, residential construction, commercial, and infrastructure. If you enjoy conceptual work and like to think through your designs in detail, you will find the right framework for this with us.

Your Tasks

• Development of concepts/energy-optimized buildings and designs for above-ground structures.
• Site analysis and needs assessment.
• Development of solution approaches and variant studies.
• Creation of explanatory reports and elaboration of detailed studies.
• Preliminary clarifications with authorities/neighbors/third parties.

Your Profile

• Dipl. Architect FH / TU / ETH / USI.
• Sound specialist knowledge in the field of design theory.
• 3-4 years of professional experience.
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, ability to work in a team.
• Understanding of construction design, design flair.
• MS-Office, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Desktop Publishing skills.
• Good German language skills (spoken and written).
