Stiftung Phönix Zug ( www.phoenix-zug.ch ) is a non-profit organization that provides various care and support services for people with mental disabilities at various locations in the Canton of Zug. The activities of Stiftung Phönix Zug are financed by the canton, the disability insurance, and through donations. Over 60 people work for the foundation and its operations. In Villa Hotz, twelve adults with mental disabilities are cared for. The average length of stay is around one and a half to two years and serves primarily for reorientation and the strengthening of self-confidence after a mental crisis, as well as social and professional reintegration.

Deputy Operations Manager 70 % (Villa Hotz) ##

What to expect:

• Comprehensive representation of the operations management in their absence
• Leading meetings at the operational level
• Key person work with responsibility for all steps in the care process of the residents with a mental disability
• Ensuring the residential and daily structure offers for the residents
• Support in managing everyday life and the reintegration of the residents into social life, as well as the development of future perspectives
• Coordination and ensuring the flow of information within the team, towards third parties and the management
• Documentation work in the EasyDok system, as well as creation and tracking of the personal objectives of the residents
• Participation in regular team meetings and supervisions, as well as collaboration in internal foundation-wide working groups

What we expect:

• Completed training in Social Pedagogy FH or HF/Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
• Leadership experience in a comparable operation desired
• Professional experience, ideally in the care of mentally ill people
• Strong professional and social competence, as well as flexibility in thinking and acting
• Motivated, empathetic and resilient personality with humor and courage for new things
• Competent handling of complex, rapidly changing care situations
• Modern IT user knowledge
• Readiness for weekend shifts and for telephone on-call service (rotating)
