To complete our team, we are looking for a junior PPE manager wishing to develop their skills in the administration of properties held in co-ownership and to evolve progressively towards the autonomous management of a portfolio.

You will join an experienced team and actively participate in the administrative, technical, and financial management of several PPEs.

Your profile

• First experience in the real estate field in Switzerland, ideally in PPE management
• Strong interest in PPE management and technical aspects related to buildings
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow up on several files simultaneously
• Rigorous, proactive, curious personality, and eager to develop skills
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with a sense of service and contact
• Driver's license
