Requirement Profile ##

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Demonstrable leadership experience as a team leader or in a comparable leadership function
• Pronounced professional, social, and leadership competence
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work in early and late shifts as well as on 1-2 weekends per month (no night shifts)
• Rapid availability is an advantage

Tasks ##

• Professional and personnel leadership of a care team
• Ensuring high-quality care and support for the residents
• Active participation in direct care (without night shifts)
• Promotion of an appreciative team culture as well as support and development of employees
• Organization and coordination of daily care routines
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists
• Shared responsibility for the continuous further development of care quality
