Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for three:

Waiter - Club Seven Lugano (reported profession)

Tasks:

• co-responsible for the daily mise en place
• welcoming and seeing off customers
• excellent knowledge of the beverage menu, spirits, cocktails and wines
• service of beverages with relative explanations
• advising the customer
• polite communication with customers and with colleagues
• independently handling cleaning: cleaning cutlery or glasses, disposing of waste, empty bottles, general cleaning tasks
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other premises of the Seven Group

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
