• Independent management of projects in demolition & excavation
• Planning / coordination of personnel, machines and subcontractors
• Responsibility for deadlines, quality and safety on the construction site
• Preparation and control of measurements, daily reports and supplements
• Support in calculation, as well as participation in construction meetings
• Ensuring an economical and efficient construction site process
• In the medium term, we offer you the prospect of acting as a deputy for the division management

In order for you to convince with your competencies, you bring the following with you:

• Sound training in the main construction industry, dipl. Techniker:in/Bauführung
• Practical experience in demolition, dismantling, earthworks is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking/acting as well as high cost awareness
• Solution-oriented, independent way of working
• Good communication skills in German and IT user knowledge
• Driver's license Kat. B required
