To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced plasterer (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Independent management and organization of construction sites • Leadership and support of a smaller team of employees • Planning and coordination of work processes on the construction site • Active participation in all plastering, dry construction, and interior finishing work • Execution of wet construction, dry construction, and plastering work • Creation of plastered external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) • Coordination of tradespeople and interfaces on the construction site • Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety • Construction supervision and control of the performed work • Creation of construction site reports and other administrative tasks • Material orders as well as scheduling of personnel and material Your profile - Completed training as a Plasterer EFZ or comparable training • Professional experience as a foreman, group leader, or construction site manager is an advantage • Specialist knowledge in the areas of wet construction, dry construction, interior finishing, as well as external thermal insulation • Leadership experience and enjoyment in dealing with people • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working • Organizational talent and assertiveness • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Driver's license category B We offer • Varied and exciting projects in new construction and renovation • A motivated team and a pleasant working atmosphere • Fair remuneration and contemporary employment conditions
