Business Analyst/Security Project Manager (M/F)

Main missions of this position:

• You are the main point of contact for one of our prestigious clients to define needs with them
• You are the entry point for the analysis of needs and technological solutions that can be implemented
• You will define a specification document and specifications for the implementation of the selected solutions with a forecast planning
• You ensure the compliance of the installations carried out and propose any improvement or extension by being proactive
• You are responsible for the quality of the services provided and measure customer satisfaction
• You are regularly present on the ground in order to participate in site meetings and reviews
• You are in charge of the proper functioning of the services and contracts assigned to you
• You are in charge of a perimeter ranging from Genève to Fribourg

You are our candidate if:

• An initial experience of the Swiss market
• You have 5 years or more of experience in activities related to security (safety, security, mobile security, remote monitoring, technology)
• You have proven experience in the commercial management of demanding clients
• You possess a developed technological culture, whether in a general way or in connection with electronic security (cameras, video surveillance, alarms and access control).
• You are a structured, versatile and organized person, you have the ability to manage several subjects in parallel, you know how to manage your priorities and have a sense of timing.

English (minimum B2 level) and/or German (minimum B2 level) are a plus!
