Tasks

• You are responsible for the operational management and strategic development of our snack production
• In collaboration with the management team, you lead and develop the production sector in a three-shift system and promote high-performing, motivating, and successful collaboration
• You ensure a smooth, punctual, and economical production process while constantly keeping an eye on quality, efficiency, and productivity
• You actively encourage the continuous optimization of processes and procedures and sustainably develop production with Lean Management and continuous improvement (KVP)
• You guarantee professional collaboration and communication with internal and external interfaces and ensure compliance with occupational safety, health protection, environmental, and quality requirements

Requirements

• You possess a degree in engineering sciences or higher technical or technological training
• You have several years of professional and management experience in industrial production, ideally in a food company with teamwork
• You convince with respectful, clear, and engaging leadership and know how to develop team leaders and teams in a targeted manner
• You act decisively, organized, and solution-oriented and demonstrate high stress resistance, pragmatism, communication skills, and the ability to persuade
• You have a deep understanding of production indicators as well as excellent practical knowledge of SAP, MES, and MS Office
