Technical skills:

• Excellent mastery of primary care nursing and the management of emergency situations * Ability to quickly assess clinical status, prioritize interventions and act effectively in critical contexts * Up-to-date BLS or AFGSU certification * Good knowledge of safety procedures and incident management in a professional environment * Contribution to prevention and continuous improvement actions * Mastery of medical and office IT toolsBehavioral skills:
• Composure and efficiency in emergency situations and under pressure + Anticipation of risks and proactive approach in the organization of care + Flexibility and adaptability in the face of unforeseen events and changing priorities + Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously + Team spirit and multidisciplinary collaboration + Professional, clear and reassuring communicationField of experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing care - Experience in emergency care is highly appreciatedDiplomas:
• Recognized nursing diploma required, equivalent * Up-to-date BLS or AFGSU certification * Additional training in prevention, occupational health or emergencies is an asset * English: Intermediate (B2, or even C1)
