In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of claims and benefits. They are at the center of our work and together with them, we find the right solution. In this way, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality.

What awaits you

• Together with our French implementation partner and internal stakeholders, you will develop the new Claims Management System of AXA for our customers and employees
• You will analyze the processes and functional requirements, undertake requirements engineering and be actively involved in testing
• As a member of an agile, cross-functional team with software developers, you will work on target models/future visions
• With your open mindset, you will actively and independently drive larger topics forward and coordinate their stakeholders

What you bring with you

• You question existing structures, contribute suggestions for sustainable solutions, and are courageous, pragmatic and proactive
• You are a committed personality who is able to communicate proactively and effectively in a team and with stakeholders
• You approach new topics in a structured manner and can grasp complexity quickly
• You have experience in business analysis or requirements engineering in large organizations and are methodologically strong (IREB certification is an advantage)
• You enjoy working with software developers and practical experience in agile teams is an advantage
• You communicate confidently in German and can communicate well in English
• Knowledge of non-life insurance and financial industry knowledge is an advantage
