In the course of a new appointment, we are looking for a technically savvy and entrepreneurially acting personality: Board Member (m/f/d) - Lech Bergbahnen AG As a Board Member with a technical focus, you are part of a two-person corporate management. Together with the other board member, you bear responsibility for the strategic, economic, and sustainable development of Lech Bergbahnen AG and successfully implement pioneering infrastructure, cableway, and tourism projects. Your responsibility: Strategic, economic, and operational leadership of the technical business division Responsibility for the safe, efficient, and legally compliant operation of the cableway systems as well as all technical systems and corporate infrastructure such as snowmaking systems, vehicle fleet, buildings, etc. Steering of future-oriented infrastructure and investment projects as well as the further development of innovative tourist offerings in coordination with the Supervisory Board Professional stakeholder management and representation of the company towards owners, municipalities, authorities, tourism organizations, landowners, and other partners Business administration understanding as well as responsibility for budget and investment planning Your ideal profile: Completed technical, business administration studies or comparable qualification Several years of leadership experience at managing director or board level, ideally from the field of cableways & mountain railways and/or comparable sports, leisure & tourism companies High social competence with the ability to motivate and steer teams as well as highest integrity High affinity for alpine tourism, - and mountain sports Qualification as a commercial manager for gastronomy is an advantage Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and sensitivity for the Lech Zürs Arlberg region We address integral leadership personalities with technical & economic management competencies with presence & enjoyment of integration on-site.
