You will become part of a dynamic team specializing in photovoltaic solutions and work closely with installation partners and industry professionals. In this role, you are responsible for developing the market in your region, with a focus on building and expanding a customer portfolio. Your area of responsibility includes identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential partners, and supporting them with suitable technical and commercial solutions.

Job Description

• Building and expanding a new customer portfolio in your region (especially ZH, AG, BS), particularly with PV installers, electricians, heating specialists, roofers, and related trades
• Development and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as identification of new business opportunities
• Advising customers through the elaboration of suitable technical and commercial solutions
• Close cooperation with the technical office to ensure high-quality support and smooth project execution
• Observation of the PV market in German-speaking Switzerland to recognize trends and growth potentials

Desired Profile

• Native Swiss German, French or English skills an advantage
• Apprenticeship in electrical engineering or comparable or technical experience in the solar world
• Interest in sales tasks and enjoyment in understanding customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaborating with customers and technical contacts
• Independent, proactive and result-oriented
