Global Strategic Procurement Sensors - Sensors (80-100%) In the versatile role as Experienced Professional Procurement - Sensors, you will take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of defined product groups in the international procurement environment. You will actively shape the further development of our supplier and product group strategies, drive cost optimizations, and make a decisive contribution to ensuring our global supply. In doing so, you will work closely with internal specialist departments, international teams, and external partners, contributing your expertise in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. What you will do Ensuring the disposition and supply of the assigned product groups, taking into account all internal requirements and procurement organizations Active coordination with purchasing regions as well as involvement and information of management levels and the team Co-development and implementation of product group and supplier strategies in line with the global procurement strategy Maintenance, further development, and regular review of the product group portfolio in cooperation with Innovation, as well as annual presentation to management Responsibility for performance, operational controlling, and risk management of the assigned product groups and suppliers Identification and implementation of cost optimizations along the entire inbound logistics, taking TCO into account Observation of procurement markets and trends for the further development of the product portfolio in compliance with relevant standards Maintenance of relevant master data in the ERP as well as participation in cost reduction and development projects and deputy support within the team Who you are Completed technical or commercial basic training; knowledge of manufacturing processes for products, assemblies, and individual parts is an advantage Several years of experience in the procurement environment as well as in interdisciplinary and global project management Good understanding of industrial supply chains and production processes Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least B2-C1) for international cooperation Very good SAP knowledge (MM module) as well as confident handling of MS Office Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, flexible, and independent way of working Ability to grasp complex relationships as well as high level of personal responsibility Willingness for moderate travel (approx. 10%) jide35204djm jit0522jm jiy26jm
