Area of responsibility

A exciting area of responsibility awaits you with an extensive commercial portfolio, which you will manage professionally from A to Z together with a clerk. You develop strategies for the successful rental and management of the properties and are responsible for corresponding budgets. You are in regular contact with the owners and tenants. In addition, you coordinate the maintenance of the buildings with caretakers and tradespeople.

The clerk will be led by you.

Your qualifications

• Further education as a real estate manager with a federal diploma
• Sound professional experience in the management of commercial properties (min. 5 years)
• Representative appearance and strong communication skills
• Business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
