Your contribution

• Support the lead prosecutors primarily in German in extensive and sometimes media-exposed criminal investigations
• Support procedural planning, prepare and conduct evidence collection, interrogations and coercive measures
• Clarify legal issues, independently draft orders as well as legal documents of all kinds (e.g., pleas, appeals and statements)
• Develop final decisions such as indictments, penal orders, orders of non-investigation and orders of dismissal

What makes you unique

• University degree in law with good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedural law; additional qualifications (e.g., attorney license, dissertation, LL.M., CAS) desirable
• Professional experience at a public prosecutor's office, at a court, in the legal profession or in a related field
• Structured and result-oriented way of working as well as networked thinking
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic and assertive personality with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Situation-appropriate oral and written communication
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and in English; passive knowledge of the third official language is an advantage
