For the Etablissements de la plaine de l'Orbe (EPO), we are looking for, as of 1 January 2027 or for a date to be agreed, a: Teacher Training in the execution of sentences 100% Your tasks Promote the skills of detainees in the following disciplines: general culture themes (ECG), French and French as a foreign language (FLE), literacy, foundations of mathematics and computer science; Accompany detainees, from different cultures, in their personal training journey; Respect quality standards; Continue the development of the training offer, including in the digital field; Collaborate with different partners and participate in intercantonal meetings with other teachers in the field of criminal sanctions execution. Your skills Master in teaching for secondary 1 or other equivalent training; Teaching experience of at least 2 to 4 years, ideally in adult education, and corresponding methodological skills; Affinity for digital teaching methods (iPad) and active pedagogy; Excellent communication skills; Empathy and benevolence; Great social skills and the ability to inspire a pleasure for learning; Ability to evolve in an environment where the multidisciplinary aspect is very marked; Interest in the field of mental health; Good understanding of German, an asset.
