Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe Technical Asset Care Manager is responsible for the trouble-free and GMP-compliant operation of the production facilities, as well as the stabilization and continuous improvement including the facilities/technical processes adjacent to production. This requires good knowledge of the operating procedures and facilities, a high degree of technical understanding, as well as very good organizational skills for project processing.The OpportunityAccompanying production, identifying problems and initiating measures for eliminationPlanning and coordinating interruptions, as well as maintenance activitiesEnsuring GMP-compliant documentation of technical activities, as well as creation and maintenance of internal and cross-departmental working instructions and other GMP-relevant documents in compliance with currently valid GMP rules. Key metric review and derivation of improvement opportunities. Optimization of maintenance activities / concepts, as well as execution and moderation of A3 problem solvings and RCAs, participation in Gemba Walks.Reduction of unplanned technical downtime, analysis based on data e.g. OEE & SAP.Development and implementation of training concepts within the area of responsibility.Close cooperation with Reliability Engineering (ARA, ACE, EoL,..), to prepare the basis for investment decisions.Preparing and leading (technical) meetings, huddles including creation & maintenance of the associated performance boards.Willingness to perform on-call work if requiredWho you areCompleted studies preferably in a technical field or a corresponding vocational training with many years of professional experience in the field of pharmaceutical production, development or quality assurance.Several years of professional experience within the affected Manufacturing Unit, basic knowledge of safety, quality systems and quality assurance concepts, including the application of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).Good knowledge of the operation and its processes as well as very good organizational skills, as well as the ability to implement, coach and apply lean and agile working methods.Very good communication skills in spoken and written German and good in English.Ready for the next step?
